Trained at Ashburton Cookery School and honing my skills on retreats, sailing yachts and private homes ever since.

I love food that feels generous, nutritious and full of flavour. My style of cooking is relaxed and ingredient led, with plenty of colour and delicious, good quality produce.

I spend part of the year working as a retreat chef, cooking for groups of fitness enthusiasts in beautiful locations around the world. I’ve cooked everywhere from villas in Greece and Costa Rica, to the galley of my little sailing boat in Greece, where keeping things simple and making the most of what's available is part of the fun.

Coming from a super yacht sailing background, I’ve developed strong provisioning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to be creative in challenging environments - including cooking whilst heeling over mid-Atlantic!
